Assembly – Pump Connection Upper / Lower

Align the pump motor with the lower pump end. Position the air inlet of the motor 90° from the material outlet.
Install the two (94688) connectors and retain with the (94689) sleeve. Slide the (95069) “e” ring back into position.
Using a 5/8" Box/Open End Wrench on the (90531) spacer rod flats, assemble the three (90531) spacer rods to the lower pump and gradually torque alternately and evenly to 60-90 ft lbs (81.3 – 122.0 Nm).
Bring the motor and lower pump together and using a 15/16" Box/Open End Wrench retain with three (Y85-29-C) nuts. Gradually, alternately and evenly assemble three (Y85-29-C) nuts mechanically tight.

NOTE: A 5/8" Box/Open End Wrench on the (90531) spacer rod flats maybe needed to assist with this process.

NOTE: Be sure to refill the solvent cup with a compatible lubricant to protect the upper packings and ensure longest service life.
