1. Align the pump motor with the lower pump end. Position the air inlet of the motor 90° from the material outlet.
2. Install the two (90096) connectors and retain with the (90109) sleeve. Slide the (90102) retaining ring back into position.
3. Reinstall the spacer rods to the pump motor and tighten mechanically tight.

NOTE: A 5/8" Box/Open End Wrench may be needed to assist in this process.

4. Bring the motor and lower pump together and using a 15/16" Box/Open End Wrench retain with three (Y85-29-C) nuts. Gradually, alternately and evenly assemble three (Y85-29-C) nuts mechanically tight.

NOTE: A 5/8" Box/Open End Wrench on the (90531) spacer rod flats maybe needed to assist with this process.

NOTE: Be sure to refill the solvent cup with a compatible lubricant to protect the upper packings and ensure longest service life.
