Using a ¾" box/open end wrench unscrew and remove the three (Item 12) tie rod nuts and three (Item 8) lock washers from the bottom of the pump.

NOTE: Lightly tap the end of the ¾" box/open end wrench with a soft mallet to help loosen (Item 12) tie rod nuts.
