NOTE: Be sure to have a copy of the pump operator manual(s) handy when completing assembly and disassembly of the lower pump end from the air motor.

NOTE: All threads are right hand.

1. Lay the pump assembly on a work bench.
2. Using a 15/16" Box/Open End Wrench remove the three (Y85-29-C) nuts from the three spacer rods. Note: An additional 5/8" Box/Open End Wrench maybe needed to secure the three spacer rods while removing the three (Y85-29-C) nuts.
3. Pull the air motor from the lower pump end until the motor piston rod is in the “down” position and the lower pump end rod is in the “up” position.
4. Using e-ring pliers, slide the (91547) retaining ring up far enough to allow the (91546) sleeve to move upward and release the two (91644) connectors.
